Sleep Number

We had a great experience with the Sleep Number Bed store in Miami Kendall. Maria was our salesperson and she was fantastic, very knowledgeable and professional. Since buying one of these beds can be very expensive, it took us a couple of weeks to make our choice. During this time Maria stayed in contact with us answering any questions or concerns we had. The bed was delivered and assembled without inconvenience. They stuck the the previously arranged schedule and called before arriving. The two gentlemen were very courteous and professional. They worked very efficiently and the entire process took 45minutes, which is great for our busy lives. The bed feels like a dream, exactly what we were looking for. I hope this review helps other make their decision and overall we had a great experience with the sleep number bed store.

Since we entered to the store, Maria received us greatly and with all her attention. It was a great experience. She was excellent showing us all models and their features.

Sleep number was the first place my husband and I visited. Michelle greeted us as soon as we entered the Kendall store. She was extremely pleasant, personable, knowledgeable, and very informative, explaining to us about all of the sleep number features and amenities. Although the sleep number bed was not cost-effective for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the time spent with Michelle. We did, however, return to purchase some pillows and pillow covers from Michelle later the same day. We will definitely recommend Michelle and the sleep number Kendall location for any of our friends looking for a quality bed. I really wish we could have purchased one of the sleep Number beds, but unfortunately, it was way out of reach for us.
