Mattress Firm McKinney Avenue

Me and my husband had finally had enough of our current mattress and decided it was time to trade up. We stopped in on our way to brunch and were immediately greeted by Stuart. He walked us through the showroom going over the pros and cons of each mattress we tried. When we finally decided on the perfect mattress for us, Stuart set us up with financing and delivery. Amazing customer service!

Greg the store Manager is awesome! He goes out of his way to ensure his clients are happy with their purchases. I bought a fairly pricey bed around $3K and was not 100% happy with the comfort of it and returned to the store to see it and he let me know they had some newer makes and models coming in and to check back with him soon, sure enough 3 weeks later as soon as they landed he emailed me letting me know as well as the time remaining on the 120 night sleep trial so I wouldn't miss out on it. The second time shopping for the replacement was just as pleasant and pressure free. 5 stars for Greg!

Such a great experience at the McKinney Ave store! The sales man was very helpful in giving me options based on the specifics I needed and was very knowledgeable about each mattress. I was in and out in 30 minutes with no upselling whatsoever. Really appreciate the entire process and store had a great selection.

Prices here are very reasonable with high quality mattresses. We got a queen size 12 inch for our teenager daughter. She loved the firmness and softness. Also we got to shot hoops while they tied the mattresses to our SUV. Thank you Nicholas!
