Eller & Owens Furniture and Mattress

I have went to five or six stores looking for pictures, just wanted a couple of eye catching pictures for my den. As soon as I walked into this store, Eller and Owens Furniture in Cleveland Tenn.- I knew this was the place. So many beautiful pictures! I’ve looked everywhere and nothing compared to the moment I walked in the door. If you’re looking for beautiful pictures, furniture, lamps, anything! This is your store! the lady there was so friendly , she wasn’t pushy. She just let us look around at our own pace and when we was ready, she joined us and we made it happen. I really can’t say enough about this place.

This beautiful store has well crafted and curated furniture to meet all your home decorating needs. I truly would have been happy with any of the pieces for my home. Lindsey was very knowledgeable and patient as we worked to find the perfect pieces for my project. I will definitely go back to see Lindsey in this wonderful store for my future projects as well as give it my highest recommendations. It is truly a pleasure! Enjoy!

The store is full of gorgeous pieces, but what makes it is the expertise of Robin our associate. She has such a calm affect and that’s so important when you’re making a big purchase, because you’re not thinking about literally everything, but she was. This level of customer service is a rarity these days. We are so excited to get our new furniture, and thanks to Robin we have that level of confidence about measurements, placement, color and texture of our purchase!

Lovely family owned furniture store with such a warm, inviting feel! The furniture is tasteful and of good quality. Even better is the Cleveland store owner/manager, Carla, who was knowledgeable and so easy to work with. I also dealt with Lyndsey who was also so friendly. No pressure or pretentiousness though, just felt valued as a customer! . The only slightly down side is the size of the store…would love if there even was more selection to choose from.

We have purchased furniture from them before and it has been excellent. Lindsey was over and above helpful in helping us select the correct furniture for our needs. Wyatt and Blake were great in the setup. They were friendly and very careful to not scratch our walls or bring anything in on there feet. We definitely would go back for additional furniture needs.
