Eller & Owens Furniture and Mattress

This store is awesome! Upon walking in we were immediately greeted by Kim Mills. We were so impressed with the amount of inventory, much of it made in America, and the quality. You have the option of custom ordering, lots of fabric selections, and all information detailed by Kim. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We actually chose a beautiful Bassett sofa 40% off! We were I and out in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend this store! Quality furniture at an affordable price! Thank you Kim!

Regina is fantastic! She’s always been consistently courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy. We have bought numerous pieces for our home and will continue to do business with Regina at the Murphy store. The delivery crew - Rusty & Wyatt were on time, clean, efficient and set everything up neatly. Got in and out - excellent service!

We just made our second purchase at Eller and Owen’s in Murphy and very happy with our experience there. The first purchase we made was a very high quality king bed and we’ve been very happy. We wanted to make another high-quality investment for our living room so we went back. We have a unique living room layout that is hard to work with and Kim helped us to explore options. We originally left the store several weeks ago without making a purchase to consider our options. We went back today with a plan and Kim helped is to find the perfect furniture. Highly recommend Kim and Eller and Owen’s!

As soon as we walked into the store Cody was ready to help. We had multiple needs and he listened to us rattle them all off to him. He directed us to the exact sectional couch we wanted and was very knowledgeable about the set. Next we moved to a bed and matress. Again, he led us to exactly what we told him we wanted. To complete the sale we bought 2 rugs as well. I believe that because of the ease of working with Cody with his excellent knowledge and extremely professional demeanor we left the store very happy. Cody was the reason that our experience at this location ended with an awesome result. Thanks you again Cody!
