Best service I have ever received! Let me start out that I have been a luxury real estate agent for over 20 years. And I have had the same mattress for almost just as long. So when it was time to find a new mattress, I did my research and was wary of the salesman pitches. From Bellevue to Seattle and down to Tacoma, I visited and tested over a dozen mattresses. From the organic brands like Avocado Mattress to the big box chain stores I have heard the sales pitch and sprawled out at some of the best mattresses. When I came into ESC mattress Center, it was a much different. They are actually experts in what I needed. They were not sales people working on commission, they were and became trusted advisors in my health and well being for a good night sleep. When they asked me to test out mattresses, they recognized my sleep position and quickly made adjustments on the type of mattress I needed. It was almost a science of merging body and mattress to find restful sleep. And after my first two nights sleep, my back feels great, I feel rested and the pillow recommended is absolutely heavenly. William and Joshua were excellent. As someone who has been in sales for 25 years, I was very impressed with their knowledge and experience. We were in a unique situation, needing a mattress for a parent who was moving into a care facility and they showed understanding and kindness. The most excellent mattress company I've ever worked with. We went to a few stores trying to find the right bed at the right price and everyone else felt like they were trying to shove a sale down your throat. These guys are informed, kind, and really just want you to find the right setup for you. I would recommend 100% plus if you have little kids that you have to bring shopping with you they have a train table that kept my 2 year old occupied so I could focus on trying the beds and listening to the information.

Came in to try mattresses in person that I had found from online searches and were reviewed at 5 out of 5 stars....tried them in store and disliked. Staff were very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Explained differences that matched my experiences in reality, and gave ample time to try many mattresses and really select preference. Finally, for approximately what I was going to pay online, I got a much higher quality motorized frame and split king mattress. I am very happy.

The two people who own the store are fantastic! They were helpful. They were concerned about finding the best fit mattress and guided me through the process and options. They made it easy and they were honest. Definitely recommend shopping here!
