I went to the location just up the road first but the lady must have been having a bad day (it happens to everyone) I didn't like her attitude so I went to the Everett Mall store. The two sales people at the Everett mall location were awesome. Tyler was very good, very helpful, patient, personable, and I would say a stellar sales team member for Mattress Firm. Large, clean, and organized sales floor with a lot of mattresses plus a rack that pulls out so you can try a dozen more. Bought a couple mattresses and went about my Mother's Day.

Definitely recommend checking them out if looking for a new mattress. So much better trying it out than online mattress guessing. TYLER, is who initially helped me, but also the women there, I think she's a Mgr. Was amazing athrlpimg me finalize everything as well.
View on GoogleKerri was my sleep expert today I came in on my lunch break with a six hundred dollar budget looking for a queen size mattress only I walked out of the door with a mattress and adjustable base for under my budget with delivery and haul away Kerri was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I was in and out in enough time to make it back to work in my one hour lunch break. Perfect service, quick and to the point while showing me all my options, could not ask for more.
