I went to the location just up the road first but the lady must have been having a bad day (it happens to everyone) I didn't like her attitude so I went to the Everett Mall store. The two sales people at the Everett mall location were awesome. Tyler was very good, very helpful, patient, personable, and I would say a stellar sales team member for Mattress Firm. Large, clean, and organized sales floor with a lot of mattresses plus a rack that pulls out so you can try a dozen more. Bought a couple mattresses and went about my Mother's Day.
View on GoogleGrey was so helpful and kind and educated us on all the different styles and types of mattresses! So thankful she was so easy to work with and wasn’t putting pressure like a typical salesperson can be. So glad we came to this location and got to work with them. Will recommend them to anyone looking for a new mattress!
View on GoogleI was sble to the help and knowledge needed to pick a good mattress for myself. Not high pressure, just informative and easy going. Definitely recommend checking them out if looking for a new mattress. So much better trying it out than online mattress guessing. TYLER, is who initially helped me, but also the women there, I think she's a Mgr. Was amazing athrlpimg me finalize everything as well.
View on GoogleKerri was my sleep expert today I came in on my lunch break with a six hundred dollar budget looking for a queen size mattress only I walked out of the door with a mattress and adjustable base for under my budget with delivery and haul away Kerri was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I was in and out in enough time to make it back to work in my one hour lunch break. Perfect service, quick and to the point while showing me all my options, could not ask for more.
View on GoogleWelcomed right when came in. Greyson Asked what I was looking for. I needed for my lumbar support and getting hot. Suggested the best of 4 options. Said test out then let me know if any question. No pressure. I have not received it yet to test/feel break in but have the 120 day trial or can exchange. I recommend!!!
