Mattress City was fantastic to work with. I called on Saturday about a Murphy cabinet bed, and Trinity took the time to walk me through their in-stock options and delivery details - she helped us find exactly what we needed. My wife and I stopped in on Monday and Trinity was just as friendly and professional in person. The whole process was hassle-free, and our new furniture was delivered and set up the very next day.

Ryan was so helpful during our in-store in search for our dream mattress. He was very knowledgeable about what every mattress option has to offer with each specific need of the individual. He was very friendly & charismatic he was very open & honest about pricing options available to us. I am very pleased with Ryan's customer service was outstanding it was an absolute pleasure. Customer Service 5/5 Cleanliness was 5/5 Smelled very clean looked very clean inside. The atmosphere was 5/5 Comfortable & Calm.

We were very pleased with the sales service we received from Gary at Mattress City. He was knowledgeable and helpful to us in finding a high quality mattress that suited our needs for a compromise between firm and compliant for a back sleeper and a side sleeper. There was no attempt to hard sell... always a relief! We chose a mattress with all natural components. We were also pleased with the pricing (Labor Day Sale) and delivery options. All in all, excellent service and we recommend this store!
