Mattress Firm Everett

Went into mattress firm expecting to just look and went in at 745 and felt bad for coming in late but Latoya greeted us with amazing enthusiasm and was excited to show us a perfect option for my wife and I! She stayed after hours for us which was extremely convenient as we do have a newborn with us. Helps us not have to come back the next day! 11/10 for this store i couldn’t be happier with our purchase!

OK, so, this is probably going to sound like an advertisement but it's just the truth. 1. It's not the product. 2. It's not the price. 3. It's the person. I am HUGE on customer service. You could have the best product or the best price in the industry but, if the Customer Service isn't there, then whatever you bought was never worth buying in the first place. I was the first customer in the door today and met with Greyson. I was looking for a cheap bed for my new apartment. They were there but, I began looking at the better mattresses and decided on a queen size pillow top that includes an adjustable frame. Very comfy and it was on sale. So, #1. and #2. were met. What about #3? #3. Customer Service Greyson hit it out of the park! She was able to get me qualified for 24 months intrest free (0%) financing, making that $1,500.00 bed actually affordable at $58.00/month, no money out of pocket, with free delivery and set-up. Greyson is a very professional, honest and likeable person and I can tell she loves her job. Hats off to you, young lady. You ROCK! I am VERY pleased. Go see Greyson! Today! D.B.

Unbelievable service! I came in with sooo many questions. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money and end up with the wrong mattress. Kerri was the sleep expert I worked with and wow did she know her stuff! Made getting a mattress super easy. I told her my issues and she immediately told me which mattress would be best and why. She told me the differences between the options I was given and did not put any pressure on me. She also didn’t go straight to the most expensive mattress. She went to the one she felt would address all of my needs. I was seriously stressed out about this and she made this a super easy and fun experience. I definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress. The knowledge I was given was worth every penny. I’ve had my mattress a little over a month and I absolutely LOVE it! Had literally the best mattress buying experience of my life here. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt like I was being pressured to spend more unnecessarily. They truly just wanted to get me the absolute best bed possible that suited my person taste and budget, and oh boy did they succeed at that!! I got an incredibly good deal on a much higher quality bed than I thought was possible. We also bonded over our mutual love of Subarus and Dungeons and Dragons. It really doesn’t get better then that if you ask me.
