Aaron the salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery men were professional, quick to assemble the bed and were patient and helped me when I wanted to do a quick rearranging of the carpet that went under my bed set up. They made sure we understood how to work the beds before cleaning up and leaving. Thanks Paul and Kaleb!

View on GoogleI had a horrible experience with this place. I ordered a mattress and frame from Paul at a show the end of September and paid for it in full. When they still didn't have my order ready almost 2 months later, I cancelled it. I was told my money would be refunded but weeks later they haven't done that either. When I tried to follow up on that, they were rude and dismissive. Sketchy place with horrible customer service. Buyer beware!

The salesman offered me great financing but did not calculate all the costs and immediately upon opening the account my account was over balance by the 2% processing fee he failed to add in, which damaged my credit score by 65 points. The owner said he would contact the bank but after 45 days said "Sorry they won't call me back". I was penalized and my credit damaged by their incompetence and was offered no assistance or compensation. Buyer beware.

My fiancée and I spoke with Paul and Aaron, they are good honest salesmen. They don't push you to buy something with the highest price tag they are talking to you to help you find the best mattress for YOU. Absolutely nothing is hidden in terms of how the sale goes and their process, they explain it well, so there are no surprises when your checking out. I haven't received my bed yet, we just ordered yesterday lol. But I am confident if delivery is even half as good as the in-store experience then it will still be a top notch delivery. I am very proud we bought from a local store, and from top notch guys.
