Love this place! No pushy sales person, just honest, knowledgeable, friendly people. When I went to the place across the street, they tried selling me an $8000 bed and they didn't want to let me leave, even if they sold me a $200 mattress. I was very happy going back and purchasing from Mattress Firm instead. And getting something I was comfortable with.

Vonda was AMAZING!!!! She was very informative about the mattresses, we didnt feel rushed felt like she listened to all our needs. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm especially the one in Saginaw Mi!

Rhonda was amazing and really knows her mattreses. She guided us through the mattress selection process tailoring it to meet our wants & needs. She knew instantly which mattresses would meet our needs just by listening to us explain our sleep styles and current health needs. She certainly expedited the process of choosing the right mattress. If not for Rhonda, I don't think it would have been the same experience. Rhonda, we give you 5 stars!

My husband and I went in knowing we needed a new mattress but overwhelmed with options and reviews. Rhonda and Vonda made our visit relaxing, knowledgeable and thoughtful to the things we said we wanted out of a mattress. Rhonda took us around the store and let us test everything with helpful tips for everything. Rhonda wrote us a quote, She did not pressure us so after doing our research and shopped at multiple locations we went back and Vonda closed the deal and finalized the sale with just as amazing customer service! So thankful to have worked with these two great women who helped my husband and I! Here’s to better nights of sleep!
