Mattress Firm Twin Falls

We had an amazing experience with our local mattress firm! On our first visit, Chase was incredibly helpful and patient, letting us try bed after bed even though it was actually his birthday. He never rushed us and made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. The following week, we came back ready to purchase our first brand-new bed, and Andrew was just as fantastic. He was very informative, walked us through different options, and even honored a deal that had expired a few days earlier. Our new bed is absolutely amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with both the product and the customer service we received. Huge thanks to Chase and Andrew for making this such a great experience!

My salesman knew his stuff. I had planned to shop a few retailers but this was my first stop & was my last stop. Delivery team excellent. I refused to shop at one local retailer due to their shady operation but they shall remain nameless.

I had an amazing experience at the Mattress Firm in Twin Falls! Nino and Chase were extremely helpful and knowledgeable as they guided me through choosing my new Tempur-Pedic mattress with an adjustable base. They made the whole process easy, stress-free, and tailored to exactly what I was looking for. If you're in the market for a new bed, I highly recommend stopping in and asking for either one of them!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Chase took the time to answer every question, let us test out just about every bed in the store, and ensured all of our questions were answered. He even swapped the mattress we wanted from a frame to an adjustable base so we could ensure we liked the combo before committing. I honestly walked in with the idea of just looking, but mattress firm had the brands we were looking for and Chase was able to help us see the value in the choice we made. I am very satisfied with the whole interaction.

Chase was awesome! He took time discuss our sleeping habits, problems, and style and comfort levels of our current bed. With a great selection of brands, construction and fabric/materials we found several that we truly liked so the final decision was challenging. Chase had an answer for every question we had. We are excited to have our choice delivered. Great customer service. No pressure on his part, it felt like friends having conversations. We live in Rupert so delivery was important.
