Sleep Number

We are bummed about our experience with Sleep Number. After spending $5,000 on our bed we expected excellant customer service and trouble shooting when something went wrong...that is definitely not what we received. I would absolutely not recomend buying a Sleep Number. When our air chamber went out we were asked to shell out an additional $1,500 to replace the issue. It seems wild to keep investing thousands into a bed that could deflate again tomorrow. The whole process was maddening, continuing to ask us to pay for services before they would even come out to look at the bed. Going back to a regular mattress, seems like a much better investment. Mind you, two other family members have experienced the same issues with Sleep Number...

BLANE was Great!! I am so exited to get my new bed. I slept till 4 am last night. Had to get up. I know this new bed will help. I was impressed with the pressure point test. I hope it really works. Excellent service.

I'm less than a week after buying this $7000 bed and it is out of alignment. Mattress and bed frame aren't getting along. When I try to get sleep number to help they want me to diagnose the problem for them then they want to charge me to fix their faulty product. This is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is them taking my money for a faulty product, then asking me to try and diagnose why their product is having problems and what parts it may need that they didn't install, then charge me for a service call and parts! Worst customer service ever! There is no way this company is going to stay in business with no customer service when they charge this much for their product. Save your money and buy mattresses for your whole house from a reputable company. I should have read the reviews before buying, I am not alone with terrible service after the sale. My bad

I wish that I looked at the reviews for this before i decided to buy. We feel like we have been ripped off. We honestly felt like the style of bed wasn't for us, so we decided to do the 100 nights option, we were told when we bought the bed that if was 100% satisfaction guaranteed. So we felt confident when we returned the bed we were going to be able to do so, we understood that we would have to pay a return fee no problem. What happened, we were lied to from the beginning. Our Adjustable bed is NOT refundable as we were told by the store manager. The bed we ordered (CALI KING I8) was not what we got, some promotional bed that was a standard king(too short). What I find funny is that they refuse to return the $3000 base but have no issue exchanging it for an upgrade or to the basic base. Which makes no logical sense. We feel that we have been Scammed out of $3000 for a base that we cant use because it's too small. I am over 6 foot tall.. my feet hang over the end hence why i ordered a cali king. My boyfriend is disabled I feel like he being scammed of the little disability that he gets every month. I will NOT be referring anyone to Sleep Number EVER. Their product was not what we tried in store and believed that we were getting and their "policy" is junk and makes no sense, they are just out to get people coming and going.
