Marco Velazquez was magnificent! He was so patient with me and my fiancé, my mother and my two-year-old son. I could not have asked for a better salesman. He gave me the pros and cons of both pieces I was interested in. All around super man!!!!! Love him!!!!

Marco was great 👍 see him to find what you need... he was very patient with us because im very indecisive 😆 I also went back with my brother mason so he could get a bedroom set and once again Ivan, Robert, and Ms. Verlinda was a great help and was very patient with us. They had us laughing as they took care of us .. most definitely would recommend this store ❤️

Everything was exceptional from the moment we walked in Mrs. Verlinda greeted us and walked us around showing us the floor. Mr. Bobby was amazing as well with accommodations and telling us their offers. Everyone was very friendly and they have so many options on everything including beautiful decor at great price. Oh and they offer you some delicious margaritas lol Thank you for everything and all the help. I will come back and buy a lot more. Customer service was perfect.

We had a great experience at the Baytown location of Exclusive Furniture thanks to Jose Lopez. He helped us pick out the perfect bed for our child and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jose was patient, knowledgeable, and really listened to what we were looking for. He answered all our questions and made sure we felt confident in our decision. If you’re shopping at the Baytown store, definitely ask for Jose — excellent customer service from start to finish!
