Kim and Tai were absolutely amazing and so welcoming and so professional! From the moment we walked through the doors, they made the entire experience of picking out furniture for our new home enjoyable and stress-free. From the popcorn and water to the margaritas (yes, margaritas! 😂), they made us feel so welcome. Their customer service, in professionalism, and sense of humor were top-notch. We laughed the whole time while finding exactly what we wanted. Thank you for making our day completely stress-free and such a fun, memorable experience. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and highly recommend Exclusive Furniture to anyone looking for great furniture and outstanding customer service! These ladies were amazing ! 🤩

I lovr shopping at Exclusive Furniture the wide selection & the great prices. Me & my husband just renovated our kitchen & needed a new breakfast set. Aurea was so knowledgeable & friendly. She has an amazing personality & good people skills. She guided me in picking an amazing breakfast set. I would definitely recommend Exclusive Furniture & ask for Aurea she's the best. The location is the one in Webster Tx.

Please don’t shop at Exclusive Furniture they’re scammers. I visited the location on the Southwest freeway a week before Mother’s Day. They had a 3 room package sale so went to check it out. The sales lady said several times that she needed a sale but I didn’t think much of it. I asked her about the Memorial Day sale because that’s normally the best sale. She explained to me due to the economy the 3 room package deal would be the best deal. I explained to her that I haven’t moved yet I was just looking. She insured me that if I pay cash and nothing is delivered I can receive a refund. I wasn’t really happy with my purchase so I went to the Exclusive furniture in Webster and I fell in love with the package they helped me with. So I financed a whole house of furniture. The next day I went to the Southwest location and explained to them that I financed a better package at the Webster location and the manager highlighted the back of my receipt saying no refund or exchange you need to call customer service. I called customer service and I was told my money would be back on my card 3-7 business days. A couple days later I was told Webster location didn’t have the sofa and loveseat I wanted and when I was at they asked me to pick another set just in case they can’t get me the set I wanted and I explained I don’t want no other set. So I told them to cancel my order. The sales lady tells me nothing was ordered so they’re refund my money. I called customer service and they said everything was ordered but my sofa and loveseat. I have a receipt saying I financed a sofa and loveseat. Now they still haven’t gave me my money back please don’t waste your time or money shopping at this company

Manny, Arthur AND Edwardo were amazing they offered us margaritas the experience was amazing the staff is VERY VERY and accommodating to our needs. They took their time to ensure every need of ours was met!!! We bought our ENTIRE HOME FROM THIS COMPANY AND I WILL BE COMING BACK AND RECOMMENDING THEM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!! They made our home feel whole again and THE PRICES WERE UNBEATABLE!!! WE DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM NEW ORLEANS TO HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE AND IT WAS WORTH EVERY MILE!!!!!

We just moved into our new place and my kid needed a bed with a trundle for her sleep overs so we called exclusive furniture to see it it would be worth the trip out...that's when Michelle comes in. Michelle answered the phone and made a great point to tell us their deals and confirmed that they did have options to choose from. She proceeded to send me pictures to my phone or so she thought, it turned out to be a wrong number but we still showed up and she went over and beyond finding out what my daughter's gave color was and interacted with her throughout...so yes we had a great experience. We can't wait to see the bed Monday! It helped to have frozen margaritas while waiting 😏
