Recently made purchase, king with adjustable bedframe. We did a lot of research, a lot of window shopping. Best prices and quality in Warren County and surrounding. The selections, time, and patience they took with us says everything! Lovely staff. Exceptional service!! Thank you again!

My family had an urgent need for a bed for assisted living. The gentleman at Factory Direct had one delivered and set up for us in less than 15 hours of calling! When in a crisis, locally owned businesses like this are such a blessing!

We were greeted by a nice gentleman, but their products are super cheap and won't last at all. You get what you pay for with mattresses? That's for sure.So choose wisely. This place is lots of flimsy products.
