Factory Mattress Outlet

OMGOSH, THIS STORE IS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. From the moment we walked in Tracey & Kirk greeted us with welcomes and smiles. We told Tracey what we were looking for she showed us several options before we found the perfect mattress and frame for us. Ordering and scheduling went perfectly. Two weeks later our bed arrived with Shy & Josh (delivery/setup men). The most polite respectful young men. We all shook hands said our introductions and they got right to work. They arrived earlier than they had told us, (which was great for us) they were very respectful of our walls & furniture, they cleaned up showed us how to use the remotes for our adjustable bed and they left. I will highly recommend Factory Mattress to any and all I can. Thank Factory Mattress. Ken & Lucile Yoakum

Excellent experience, as usual. Kirk was friendly, helpful, and guided me to the best mattress for my needs. I have shopped with this business for 25 years, always a pleasure. Also need to mention the delivery team, who were timely, polite, professional, and skilled. They had the old bed and mattress disassembled, placed in the truck, and the new bed in place in less than 15 minutes. Very impressed.

Guy in there knew what he was talking about and met me at the price I wanted to be at. Great experience! Even helped load the mattress up.

Such a great store with a no-pressure atmosphere. We had professional advice about mattresses and expert support in all phases of selection (difficult since spouse and I didn't want the same thing...) and delivery from Tracie. I will definitely bypass the other stores and return here next time.

Great service! Very easy process from choosing a bed to delivery.
