Mattress Warehouse of Greenville

As soon as we came in we were greeted by Russ. He gave great service, answering questions and giving information without pressure. He helped us find the best one for us without having to try out all the mattresses. He asked our price point so we weren't wasting time on higher priced mattresses. He was a great sales person, this coming from me who has worked and learned about the sale process for 10 years. We'll be back and will ask for him. Thanks Russ!

WC IS THE BEST!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I came in looking for a mattress, and WC truly went above and beyond. He took the time to listen carefully to all of our wants and needs, even down to the specific materials we were interested in. His knowledge about mattresses was impressive with over 20 years of experience in the industry and he made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. If you visit Mattress Warehouse, definitely ask for WC—he will make sure you leave with a mattress you love. He made us feel completely comfortable, even with all of our million questions and requests. Very polite, patient, and professional. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Then store experience was decent. The sales woman that helped us seemed knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping us. We were unsure about going with the mattress that we picked for its price, but the floor manager was able to assist us and get us a much better price. Both employees were professional and polite. We had a good overall experience.

Sky was great! She helped my husband and I find our perfect bed and made sure we got the best price. Highly suggest going here for your next mattress :)

We walked in and were greeted by Sky. She was so warm and friendly. We were impresssed by the bed scan. Sky walked us through the process of trying out several mattresses matched to our needs. She was patient and never rushed us. She asked valuable questions that helped her understand our needs. Her asking the questions also helped us to think about important aspects of the mattresses. She paid attention to our actions and responsives and asked further questions based off of that. We took our time and narrowed down the choices. We tried the mattresses and retried a few. She answered all our questions and explained everything thoroughly. She never put pressure on us to buy on the spot. We came back a few days later and ordered our mattress. It was a wonderful experience and we are super happy with our new mattress and adjustable base. We would highly recommend Sky. She is a fabulous salesperson! On a side note...the delivery guys were cordial and mannerly as well and kept us well aware as to their expected arrival time. I am impressed with Mattress Warehouse and the Greenville store is professional and staffed with helpful staff.
