My experience today at Ashley was fantastic. The associate Paula Collins made my purchase of my dining set smooth. She's was very patience with helping me during the process. I'll recommend anyone that need any furniture to go to Ashley Furniture and ask for Paula Colin's you will not be disappointed .

I was helped by Paula Collin’s and she was super nice and helpful! She was able to get me discounts not available online and she showed me a bunch of options and got me just what I wanted (and I’m super picky, so that’s a task). The financing process was easy and no interest options were available! She was very transparent about delivery and warranty and everything went smoothly.

Spent weeks traveling to furniture stores looking a sofa. I have to admit the customer service experience hasn’t been great so frustration was visible. My final stop was Ashley before giving up. Walking into Ashley’s I was greeted by such a guy with a friendly and the most genuine smile. He introduced himself. His name is KEVIN. That smile and welcoming persona- I knew I was walking out with something. And I did!! Kevin didn’t hover but stood within a distance if needed he was there to answer any questions. We laughed a lot, he addressed any concerns, worked his magic ( he got me a discount..shh, our secret)..and I wrote a check. All within an hour. Kevin is very knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth and has superb customer service. If you are in search of high quality with decent (negotiable) prices and amazing customer service. Go to Ashleys but ask for Kevin.

The Greenville location was absolutely great! The staff were incredible and very accommodating. Kevin helped us and he was great at pointing us in the right direction. He was attentive and ready to help but also provided us time and space to browse and discuss. The delivery crew came early and had excellent communication and respect for our time.

Kevin was extremely helpful and courteous. He made sure that I had all the information on the items I selected before purchase so that I felt confident in my choice. I love his bubbly personality and accuracy when it comes to the store procedures and policy. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the purchase amount and the quality of the items I chose. If you want to enjoy a day of shopping with someone who's going to bring a smile to your face and save you money Kevin is your guy!! Overall, I would recommend Kevin a thousand times again to anyone looking for a Serta memory foam mattress and adjustable base or a beautiful queen bedroom set 😀!!
