We visited the Greenville store to take advantage of the July 4th sales, and David was the salesman who assisted us. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the promotions and benefits of buying with Mattress Firm. More importantly, he was remarkably patient with my parents, who weren't quite sure which mattress to pick. He encouraged them to try all the options in their preferred firmness and genuinely wanted to find them a mattress they loved, rather than just pushing the most expensive one. Thank you, David!
View on GoogleDavid greeted my wife as soon as she entered the store and answered all of her questions. She later shared the experience with me, and when we both returned to the store, David welcomed us with a smile. He thoroughly explained everything, making sure all of our questions were addressed both before and after the mattress purchase. It’s clear that he takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
View on GoogleManager David provided us with excellent service and no sales pressure but really educated us about the products. And he helped us pick the perfect mattress and he was able to help us research ways that we could make it fit in our budget. He was knowledgeable and very friendly and able to help us find exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this location and the manager in particular because of the service he provided to us.
View on GoogleFinally i'm getting a new mattress and ended up going to Mattress Firm and they were great! Mattresses are are well priced and the store is very clean. The sleep expert that helped me, Carson, was very helpful and personable and he talked us through everything. They also offer really fast delivery! I went Saturday and my mattress will be here on Tuesday (it could've been Monday but I chose Tuesday) and you have the choice of them taking your old mattress away for you. Def worth the money and the 5 stars!
View on GoogleThe customer service was outstanding David showed exceptional patience while helping me find the perfect pillow. He even took time to show me the correct bed position to take pressure off my lower back. Highly recommended!
