We had good mattress buying experience for first time. Justin Brown was really spot on he was very polite and helpful he knew what we need and showed us right mattresses at reasonable price he went above and before by confirming few things with the company before we made any purchases. Jake is a very smart, honest and good salesman. He has sold us the most expensive to the least expensive mattress and we have been happy with them both. He should really be a Manager. His personality is unbeatable. He is our mattress salesman forever!!!

Jacob the sales guy was fantastic and was very friendly and informative. Not pushy or annoying. He listened to my needs and my budget. I love the assessment they do in the store to help you choose a mattress that works best for your body composition and sleep habits. They also have a great 360 day return policy. I love that he talked to me and gave written instructions on how to preserve your mattress by rotating. I was able to find a great mattress at the right price. I've had it for a month now. The only issue that I have is that the mattress itself is cool temperature wise, but the mattress protector that came with it traps heat and it's not good for me. I need to find a new mattress protector that's more cooling. Other than that good experience. I'll definitely shop with them again.
