Factory Mattress

Update 2: we were finally able to get everything worked out. One of the higher-ups called and said that they had made a mistake and we did not get a used mattress. It happened to be a discontinued mattress which was damaged on the way over. They did replace it free of charge within three days with a newer version for free. Update: when we received our mattresses which we were led to believe we were buying new, the twin mattress had rips along the bottom. My husband called to exchange. We were told it would be there the following Monday. My husband took off work to meet them. After not receiving a drop-off time by noon, he called again. They stated that we had purchased a used mattress (first ewwww, second we were led to believe it was new) and it is not eligible for exchange. We will see if this is resolved but until it is, they deserve less than the one star that is allowed. So disappointed in being lied to by more than one employee. Thank you so much John for finding just the right mattress for us! Highly recommend this location for a great shopping experience.

When it was time to change our mattress, we had a few choices in mind and went to a few different mattress stores. In this store, with David's help we were able to understand the science of picking the right mattress for better sleep. His knowledge about the products and services and his genuine professionalism is exceptional! We have not seen such excellent customer service in any other mattress store that we visited. With the information he provided on the type of mattress that matched our body type, picking our favorite in our budget was very easy. We received our mattress promptly on scheduled date in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this store to anyone! People like David make a difference.

Love the new bed with adjustable height and massage! Our salesperson was very knowledgeable, allowed us plenty of time to try out anything we wanted in the store, and put the sale together without any problems. She was kind and friendly, and asked us questions about our needs and sleep habits so she could recommend the right mattress. Perfect!

I had a wonderful experience with this location. They were helpful in the store finding a bed that would work for me and my back issues. Very kind and accommodating, especially since I wasn't sure what date I could take delivery. They worked with me having to reschedule delivery. When they came to deliver, they were understanding about having to move one or two pieces of furniture. I highly recommend them to anyone. I love my bed, it's amazing. Definitely 5 stars from me!!
