Mike found me the perfect mattress for my new apartment. He went above and beyond to satisfy every need that I wanted to be met. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 mattress quality. Couldn’t be more happier with my purchase. Definitely thankful I decided to shop at this mattress store.

John was very helpful and helped us to find the perfect mattress for my son, he is very knowledgeable and friendly, the whole buying process was smooth and pleasant, I highly recommend to look for him, you won't be disappointed!

Phenomenal experience! Jamie Gioia helped me in the store. He listened to my preferences and despite the tons of choices he narrowed them down quickly. After trying only three mattresses I picked one and it's absolutely perfect. Expert salesman, superb experience and I love the mattress. Everything here is offered at a very reasonable price and the store truly has experts who will assist you. Thank you so much!

Jamie G at Factory Mattress provided outstanding customer service. He was patient, informative and kind. We talked to three other salespeople at competing stores, but Jamie was far and away the best. I would recommend Jamie to friends or family looking for a new mattress. Go see him if you need one!
