Worked with sales associate Zach on finding the right mattress to replace my old Sealy one and he was awesome. Decent price on a premium mattress and delivery was pretty much next day. The delivery crew was also super friendly and quick. Thanks so much for a great experience.

This was the first time in a while that we went to look at mattresses and we visited planning to just look at a certain brand for comparison because they are the only ones locally that carry it. Well, Zach was so helpful and knowledgeable that we ended up buying a mattress and box spring. He was patient and answered every question we had which made us feel so much better about such an expensive and necessary purchase. The showroom was neat, clean and well organized so it was easy to find what we were looking for immediately. Absolutely recommend this place and we’ll be telling everyone we know about it!

Zach at Mattress Firm was kind, patient, and treated me with respect when shopping for a mattress. He worked with me to find the right mattress, and made recommendations without being pushy. Ordering and delivery was a good experience. The delivery/setup team was great, as they were very helpful and professional. Our new Stearns & Foster Lux Estate medium pillow top mattress is wonderful so far.

I don’t know the gentleman that was there, he never introduced himself. I had a couple mattresses in mind to only be told they were online purchases only. He never got up from behind the desk- just pointed to a couple mattresses. He was more interested in the game he was playing on his laptop. I however did purchase a mattress, but with little to no assistance.
