Farmers Home Furniture | Martin, TN

We had an outstanding experience with this furniture company from start to finish. Their customer service was excellent — friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. The quality of the furniture exceeded our expectations, and everything was delivered exactly as promised. You can tell they truly care about both their products and their customers. We are extremely happy with our purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional service.”

Edit 9/26/23: as soon as the former manager Tina left the place has declined. I have an issue with the furniture that I purchased and paid for the protection plan and requested assistance had an appointment scheduled and no one showed up nor did they call. I sent an email and still never received a response. Sherry is still a great salesperson. The rest, bad service. Now they get a 2 start instead of 5. Excellent quality furniture. Sherry is a great salesperson, not pushy at all. She wants to make sure what you purchase is a great fit. Tina is a wonderful manager. She is super caring and aims to help. I just moved to Martin, TN, and needed my whole house furnished. Zach and Isaac delivered my furniture, and they're super respectful of your property and home. Farmers Home Furniture is seriously the best place to shop for your home furniture in this area!

Our brand new love seat was busted up when delivered. Took 6 months to replace it . Counsel broke.fram broke . Love seat came apart. Again .and the whole set should have been replaced. And I thought the store was on our side. Until they told me to sale it and come in and buy a better made set .ouch. junk .we where ready to buy more stuff. But not now..

Amber greeted us as we stepped in the door. I told her what I looking for and she immediately led me to exactly what I had in mind with a price within my budget. Instead of selling me the display on the floor, she ordered me a new one, set up delivery. One and done within minutes. I will be returning for other furniture when needed.

This was the worse place I’ve ever been. They tried to scam me on the price so they could get more money out of me!!!! I’d never recommend this place to anybody unless you wanna get ripped off of more money than what you should be Paying For it. It has truly been the worst experience dealing with this place that I have ever in my life has went through.
