I would love to give 5 stars because the place has great furniture, great deals and great sales people. I really do appreciate the kindness! But the place is too hot and they can't control the air! It is controlled in Georgia. That is insane!!!

Staff os very pleasant to talk with. Brandi was very professional and patient answer questions both in person and by phone. She made the entire process of purchasing and setting up the delivery painless. I will be back for future furniture needs

I would not recommend this place. We bought furniture there and were overcharged $600.they refunded the money and said that our furniture would be delivered the next Thursday. We waited until 6pm.i called they said our furniture was on the truck to be delivered.itwasn't. The next morning i called and the lady said the furniture was .still at the store and couldn't be delivered until a week later. I sent my son's to pick it up . I received a phone call saying my furniture was delivered the day before to someone else. She said I could have the display furniture that was in good shape. I called corporate . She refunded $250 and I was just going to get the display furniture. Then I found out there was damage to the couch but could take it then have the new couch delivered next week. I will say the lady from the corporate office was very nice and helpful and to go to the ripley store because of so many people complaining and straighten out a big mess. It was a nightmare

Nice, friendly, professional people. They made my shopping experience very delightful. Delivery was top knotch... kind courteous service.
