Five stars all the way around from the very beginning! Mark is an awesome sales associate. Makes you feel like family and is very knowledgeable- that guy deserves a raise. As a sales associate myself, it’s hard to find ones that are comforting in a purchase. DELIVERY TEAM 10/10!! It was set for 2:00 PM on Monday- they were here at 1:55 on Monday! I think the woman’s name was Melissa, (if not forgive me) and the man’s name was Ron that delivered. They also deserve a raise for going above and beyond! 5 plus stars for them as well! They relieved our couches AND brought our old reclining couches upstairs for us! I mean true gems that were careful and diligent with our house. Very satisfied!

Our salesman Mark was very helpful and walked us through the purchase. Very friendly-financing staff were also very nice and helpful. We like that the furniture is made in Cleveland.

Horrible customer service from the “store manager “ and girl that answers the phone. We ordered weeks ago and promised a delivery by noon on a specific day since it’s a rental cabin. Well we finally received it at 130 pm the following day! With zero response or apology from the store for their failure to deliver on time or even on the same day! So our guests arrived to a cabin with an empty living room - we had to refund a nights stay and guess what - the store offered us NOTHING for our inconvenience and embarrassment! Have often referred cabin owners to this store in Maryville at foothills mall but will NEVER again nor can I recommend anyone to them. Some communication and assistance along the way would have helped instead of the foul sarcasm and lack of concern expressed by those managing the delivery process and store. Unacceptable all the way around !

Worst customer service experience I've had ever. My disabled father furnished his entire house through these guys. I'm in charge of his bills. He put thousands down and they use a third party to deliver and set up the furniture. The furniture is absolutely horrible quality. They never completed putting it together. It took them 3 months of constantly calling them for them to tell me that if I just fix it myself that they will take the living room set off of the bill in total. So I did that. After that, for whatever reason it's been impossible for me to set up autopay. Even though I call them monthly and set up the auto pay I constantly get calls saying that I am delinquent on my payments even when the payments have gone through and now this morning got a letter from them saying that my account is delinquent by 30 days when I have all of the payments saying that it is paid. This has been an absolutely horrible shopping experience. I highly recommend going to Goodwill before trying these people. You will get probably better quality product and if you go and pick it up yourself and install it yourself, you will have better customer service than you would have. If you let the people at Farmers furniture do it for you. This is now 6 months of nothing but problems from this company. I am about to take them to court and have them just come pick up everything that they have dropped off which is still not properly put together. I've talked to multiple managers now and nothing has been done. They are always very apologetic but nothing is ever accomplished.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY COUCH, RECLINER AND RUG! The delivery men were so cautious and careful while bringing it into the house. I wish I could remember all the names of everyone, but the shopping experience with the salesman, delivery drivers and set up was exceptional!
