The people at this store are very friendly and helpful. I have purchased several items like appliances and furniture. The items are of great quality and absolutely worth it. The delivery drivers were friendly and helpful. They brought my things inside and helped to arrange them where I wanted them. I would definitely recommend for anyone that needs some home furnishings to go here.
View on GoogleFrom the time we walked in all the way to our delivery, everyone we worked with was professional, polite, and easy to work with. We were greeted by the owner and worked with Isaac on which couch would look best in our living room. The delivery drivers called the day before to give us a time they would be at our house, they showed up right on time and set everything up perfectly. They took all the trash and left with a handshake. Top notch crew! Thanks again to everyone at Farmers Home Furniture in Muscle Shoals for a great experience.
View on GoogleI took my Mother in to find a recliner, not just any recliner would do. It had to be special this and special that, lol. We had the best salesman in Isaac! He was kind and patient while she asked questions once and then asked them again in a few minutes. That meant everything! Next came Mr. Ben. Ben was our delivery man. These guys were prompt, careful, caring of her feelings, humorous, and thorough with checking all parts of the couch and chair after putting it together. This experience was great! I HIGHLY recommend Farmers Home Furniture! Ask for Isaac and tell him the Schmidlkofers sent you! Photo of what she purchased attached.
View on GoogleCommunication when it comes to deliveries could be better. After calling with an estimated delivery time, someone needs to reach out if that time changes for any reason…common courtesy! Friendly folks selling good quality furniture so happy with all of our purchases but never got my free Bluetooth Speaker that I was promised so a bit disappointed about that
View on GoogleIsaac was awesome and very patient with us. Transaction went smoothly and came with compliments. Our second purchase from Farmers and Isaac.
