We went in to look at dining room tables. We found exactly what we wanted at a great price. It was delivered the same afternoon. We've done business with them before and have always been pleased with the merchandise, and the service and the sales team.
View on GoogleMy husband and I shopped everywhere for loveseat recliner. Other places didn't have the quality and our price range. We are on disability so we had to keep on our budget. So we found Watson's, perfect for what we were looking for the name brand is a great brand. But we had made 1 payment and my husband said this seat feels like it is sloping down in the back on the right side. So we called Watson's told them the problem took them days to send someone here. He looked it over and said the spring has slipped down from where it is suppose to be. Then he sat in it, as soon he did he said I feel that and said the spring has really slipped down. He goes back and tells the people what he had found. They called me and said we have looked at the pictures and it is not under warranty for this. So they did nothing to help us. So we are paying for a broken loveseat. That's 600.00 we have to pay. I am contacting the manufacturer to tell them they are not taking care us that bought their product. We will not be back there. Check over your furniture before you buy turn it up side down check it out good. I'm sorry but y'all should have fixed it. My next text is to 48 news. They could have fixed it or swapped it out for another. Then the manfacturer will be aware also. Never again !
View on GoogleMe and my wife went looking for a sectional, went to 4 other places couldn’t find anything. Walk in, sales associates were VERY accommodating, GREAT prices. I have nothing but good things to say I am surprised they didn’t have anymore business.
View on GoogleThis store has such beautiful furniture and that’s why I chose to go there but my experience with them has been a nightmare. What I thought would be a pleasant experience turned out to be the most stressful experience ever. The date my furniture was expected to arrive changed soo many times and the only way I knew was because I called them. No one bothered to call and tell me. Communication is terrible. I finally received my couch and loveseat but today makes 3 months since I ordered the furniture and I have yet to receive my recliner. All I hear is they are sorry and it’s not their fault bc they are not responsible for manufacturers delays. I wonder who’s fault it is because I purchased the furniture from them not the manufacturer. I never expected things to be this way but it is. My review is based off my personal experience with this company and if and when I receive my recliner I will not do business with them again.
View on GoogleI would like to deeply apologize for the bad review, after communcating with Watson's they made everything right. All my complaints were fixed and I greatly appreciate it a lot. Like I said before I loved the store and the assortment of furniture they have in the store. I also love the bedroom suite we bought for our kids. Thanks you for the hard work!
