Foam Factory, Inc.

About a year ago I received my order for two couch cushions that were lux high quality. When I first received them, and put them into their covers, I was very satisfied. They were very firm and offered the support that I needed to reduce my back and hip pain. However, that firmness only lasted for 9 or 10 months. I'm now at the one-year mark and the cushions bottom out when I sit on them. This may sound like a review that should be less than 3 stars. However, I gave it three stars because they're cheap. So if you're looking for cushions that will last you up to about a year, this may be your place. If you're looking for cushions that will last longer, you may want to spend more money. Also, the service was really nice.

After searching all over the internet for replacement foam, I’m so glad I found Foam Factory Inc. I ordered foam to reupholster my worn-out couch cushions and it was a total game changer. Their prices are amazing, shipping was super fast, and the foam quality is top-notch. Ordering cushion measurements was easy with all of the information on their website. I recommend ordering their foam samples to check the firmness that you like best. I reached out with a few questions and got a quick, super helpful response from their sales rep. Haley. Couldn’t be happier with my experience—highly recommend ordering from them!

First time customer, long term fan! Haley was great 👍 She set the standard for customer service. Taking the time to inform me and assist me with my many questions. When I was ready to order, she took care to make sure my order was received and that it shipped in a timely fashion. My project is installing protective cushioning for an amplifier flight case. I can now get it started, and completed, because Foam Factory has the right parts and great representatives. There truly is "Service" in "Customer Service" Thanks to all at Foam Factory. James P. I was looking for quality foam with real firmness and support, not sinking memory foam. I needed something that holds well and supports the back. Haley helped me choose the right foam options, and the final setup is exactly what I wanted. Very happy with the result.

Outstanding service! Website has detailed recommendations & very simple but very specific instructions for measuring. Cost is very reasonable. Shipping was very fast. My home near the beach took a beating from hurricanes Helene & Milton, but I was able to salvage frames & cushion covers - so with the new foam, my vintage rattan sofas are back!
