I checked out a couple stores before and after stopping by on accident at Furniture city, I thought it was a different furniture store I saw on a af. But it’s probably the best furniture , very unique styles and good quality. I fell In Love with a couple pieces. It truly makes a difference what you buy for your home, They are pricy but worth it . In the end I got a good deal I purchased a dining table , 2 additional unique chairs , a recliner rocking chair and sofa set . I was able to get a deal and finance using synchrony. I received great service from the store manager and Carol helped us right away as soon as we walked in she offered us help and she has a lot of experience. She let us have time to look around while remaining visible. She let us know the exact length of time it would take to get furniture. My furniture still looks great.

View on GoogleI had a very upsetting experience with a sales associate named Oscar. I initially came in to work with Leo, but when I asked for him, Oscar said Leo was out and that he “didn’t know when he would be back.” He offered to help, but the pricing he provided for a table Leo had previously shown me did not match the original estimate. When I asked why, he responded, “we have been having problems with him. I don’t know where he pulls his numbers out of,” which felt highly unprofessional. As we continued discussing promotions and financing, Oscar stated, “I don’t feel comfortable selling to you because you are going to think I’m giving you different numbers.” Despite this, I stayed because I really liked the table. While explaining the pricing on his phone calculator, he asked, “do you follow? It is simple math,” which came across as condescending. He then suggested, “if you want come back when Leo is here. He will be back tomorrow,” contradicting his earlier statement that he didn’t know when Leo would return. I asked if he could provide me with a card documenting the estimates he had given, but he declined, stating that he does not offer such documentation and that I was welcome to take a photo of the posted price sign instead. Overall, I was baffled by the level of disrespect and rudeness. The customer service was below average, and the interaction left a very negative impression. I strongly recommend avoiding working with Oscar due to his unprofessional conduct and poor interpersonal skills.
