Mattress Firm

I had to update this review because I originally left 5 stars. Beware & Do Not Buy from here!!! (Read entire review because it gets progressively worse) The buying process was great, I guess because they want you to buy, but that is where it stopped. First of all we were promised delivery within the week but it took over a month. We were told some pillows would be for the inconvenience and it has been another month after delivery and still no pillows. The adjustable base came defective but Mattress Firm does not deal with that you have to talk to the manufacturer. Then with the latest statement we found out that the original purchase price of right under $6,000 was charged twice so now the minimum payment due has doubled and the total due has doubled. Worse of all it made our credit limit over the amount which affect credit rating which was exceptionally. After speaking to Synchrony who finances for Mattress Firm we were told it would take at least two month to fix the problem or we could call the store. Synchrony said because the store made the mistake and not them they could fix it immediately. Well easier said than done because or the store is giving the run around and still no resolution. So if you want to wait indefinitely for your items, be charged twice and ruin your credit while never getting items you were promised than buy from here. If however you have half a brain cell in your head you will do yourself, your family and your credit a favor by buying from anywhere else.

Naomi was awesome! She was so helpful and made an amazing recommendation. She really understood what we were looking for. The purchasing process was quick and I look forward to the delivery! Great service, superior product, and stress free purchasing!

Excellent service from start to finish! Naomi was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. She listened to what we needed and helped us find the right mattress. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them!

The buying process was rushed and my husband and I were not informed we would be opening a new line of credit. Instead we were told it would be financed through the store and that was the only explanation we received. We left the store without the knowledge of how to even make the first payment or where. For this reason we decided to call back the next day and return our purchase, when this happened we were treated with attitude by the same woman who was acting incredibly kind the day before. Instead of returning our purchase she expedited it to the store we were going to get it delivered from and did not fully return the purchase through synchrony which was confirmed by synchrony themselves and her coworker two days later. We are now a week in and both Naomi and the coworker we spoke to have yet to cancel our purchase which we are entitled to as long as it doesn’t get delivered (which is why she tried to expedite it) and now we have to deal with a new line of credit, and no mattress. Be careful if you’re a young couple trying to do business here, they try to take advantage of that.

Naomi was incredibly helpful and kind. She recommended excellent mattresses and was great about following up and expediting delivery. If we need another mattress in the future we will definitely go back to her.
