Its the worst store manager, her name Angia she is the rude person and not professional when I come to the store because I bought a mattress I just want to ask if they can deliver to me little earlier she tell me what deal they given to me I need to wait, because I buy mattress from different person. And when I call to her back in the store and tell her I want to cancel the order she just start to yell at me we give you good deal and she hang up on me .I'm never recommended to go this store 😕

My family and I have purchased mattresses from Popular Mattress factory since the 40’s. There is great. The the staff there can also help you decide on which mattress is right for you. Angie Hernandez was the sales representative and she made us feel like valued customers. She listened carefully and understood exactly what we wanted for our new bed. She explained our options clearly and made sure we got what we wanted at the best price. Angie helped us select the delivery time that best fit our schedule. The delivery was on time and very efficient. The men who delivered the bed were also very respectful and efficient. They answered our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the bed set up and function before they left. If you want a confrontation BEFORE the mattress is in the city limits this is the place to go. I called for my wonderful sales employee Angie who wasn’t in. All I had were two questions. The third time calling trying to get questions answered I’m talking to a rude person who finally tells me his name is Fernie and he is the general manager. I couldn’t believe this is the guy this company has in charge and he’s speaking to me this way. I called the next day to cancel the mattress despite waiting 5 weeks for it. If this general manager treats a customer like this Before they even have the product then what is it going to be like dealing with him if there is a warranty issue. No thanks! Creepy—-When I called to cancel and mentioned I spoke to the general manager and mentioned his name this guy Fernie doesn’t even identify himself he’s the one I speaking to right now. He starts asking me questions about what the general manager said when it’s himself who is on the phone. If that isn’t creepy I don’t know what is.

Angie is truly the best. She’s friendly and helpful. She helped my picky teenager find a mattress. If you need a mattress, Popular Mattress is a local shop with great prices!
