Called to get some assistance on a mattress that was deflating. The store manager, Edward, was so helpful. He was kind, patient and courteous. I really appreciate all the help and the time he took in making sure we were taken care of.

I had a great experience here, Jose helped me throughout the process and made everything really easy and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers find what works best for them. I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism definitely recommend stopping by and asking for him if you get the chance!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The manager, Fernie is so unprofessional and RUDE. we spent $3500 on a mattress and requested an update on delivery. We had the misfortune of speaking to the manager, Fernie and he had just a nasty attitude. Do not buy from here, disgusting customer service.

Avoid!! They damaged our house when it was delivered. I called, and the person I spoke to was so rude. I asked to put some of the purchase on our AMEX to get rewards. The person failed to do that and did nothing. We called both the store and customer service, and there was nothing they could do about it. The bed was uncomfortable, so we opted to exchange it. They failed to mention during selling the bed that you have to pay another delivery fee. It’s also not mentioned if you want to return, you can only return the mattress; you have to keep the adjustable base. Sheets ripped after less than a month of use. Terrible, terrible!!!
