My wife and I had a great experience. The employees there were all very helpful, the prices were great. The bed we purchased was delivered promptly (undamaged), and the delivery people were friendly and helpful. We have found the matress we got to be very comfortable (and my wife is 6 months pregnant, so comfortable is not always easy, lol). I especially felt the need to write this review because before going here i looked at the reviews and there were a couple that made me a little nervous to do business there, but we were very happy with the service we received there and very happy with the products we bought there.
View on GoogleI was charged for delivery. They delivered the living room set incomplete, saying my ottoman was on back order, which I was fine with. Here it is, 2 weeks later, my ottoman came in and the owner, Bob, is arguing with me that delivering the ottoman that I PAID FOR is "out of his way" and he wants me to pick it up. He will also not refund me half of my delivery charge, which he should because my order was not delivered in full. I will be calling my bank and filing a claim to be refunded for the delivery charge, as well as my local BBB to file a claim for fraud and negligence. These people are douchebags.
View on GoogleThis place is such a joke. Ordered a bureau for my soon to be born daughter and it took an extra week to come in. They were so rude harassing to get it picked up when I actually got there it was left outside and was clearly damaged from being dragged along the cement outside. I asked why it was dragged outside and instantly received complete attitude. The sales woman is rude and unprofessional and whoever the guy she called was swearing at me on the phone and even hung up. I don’t see how This trashy place sells any furniture they are rude and overpriced. I don’t recommend anyone waste their time and money with these rude people
View on GoogleI bought a couch and ottoman. The salesman told me it wasn't in stock but they were going to get a shipment in four days. Well it took me over a month before I got both pieces. I also had to call over and over again to get updates. They kept saying each time the shipment was coming a few days later. When I finally got the owner, Bob, on the phone to complain, he said they cant call all the customers to update them when shipments are going to be late because he "had 400 slips here that are all delayed". DO NOT BELIEVE what they say in regard to delivery times. Bob also told me I was lucky they weren't charging me again to deliver the ottoman since they brought the couch a week ago after I begged them to bring one they had ordered for their "stock", whatever that mean,s since we had no furniture. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AND COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
View on GoogleHey listen you get what you pay for. Ita a place for people who don't have a lot of money... Cheap furniture at decent prices.. The guys there to make money just like any other company I've bought 2 things and both were decent... I wasn't expecting furniture from a top store It's OK at best
