My husband and I have been contemplating a new breakfast set for quite a few months. On a whim, we visited Jordan‘s Furniture and met Michelle, who skillfully helped guide us through the different choices. Her knowledge and experience in the industry was evident. Ultimately, we made a selection and ordered a set we are very excited about. Although we haven’t received the customized set yet, we can confidently say that the first part of the Jordan’s experience has been delightful.

Our sales rep Bryan was very helpful and knowledgeable with our recent mattress purchase. He was patient, respectful of our price point, and really listened to our needs. Bryan greeted us as soon as we walked through the door and stayed with us while we shopped, giving us time to test our options and explain why each option would work for us. He was also respectful with giving us privacy to discuss our decisions so we didn't feel pressured into making a purchase. We were very appreciative of his approach as this was a costly purchase for us.We will be returning for future purchases.

Jordan's is the best in my opinion. Also particularly Jason M. Who helped me out also is fantastic. So glad I went and I am so hsppy he is the one who helped me with my purchases. Great Experience highly recommend Jordan's to anyone. Hands down the best furniture shopping experience i ever had. No pressure No gimmicks No hassle and a ton of knowledge and consideration. Jordan at Jordan’s is literally the best! He is so patient when going through furniture options. He truly takes his time with you to ensure that the process never feels overwhelming and that you end up with a special addition to your home that genuinely reflects your style and what you are looking for. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the products, but what makes him even more valuable is his keen eye for design and ability to help determine what makes the most sense for your space and your needs. His guidance always feels thoughtful and personalized rather than sales-driven. He has helped us with several purchases over the years, and each time I have been impressed with the experience. Working with him consistently feels easy, enjoyable, and collaborative, and I always leave feeling confident in the decisions we made. Als his social media content for the store is amazing! So much beautiful furniture to choose from. Staff is friendly and attentive. That’s why when shopping for new furniture Jordan’s is one of the first stops and not our first purchase. Our sales lady was knowledgeable and more than happy to add leafs to the table we chose so we can see how many people would fit comfortably.
