View on GoogleOrdered a mattress topper in the store. We were told it would be delivered in two days. A week and a half go by and I haven’t gotten any email confirmation on the tracking. I call the store and they say they have no information and I need to go online and do the automated chat. So I do that and it says fedex has received your tracking number but we do not have the package yet. So I call the 800 number. Says you need to contact the store for info. I call back the store and they know nothing. I go to the store and they know nothing. I said ok I want a refund. Oh I can’t do that. I will email my boss. What kind of business are they running? I will never shop there again. Went on Amazon and ordered the same thing and it will be here in 3 days. Same price. And these stores wonder why they have no business.
View on GoogleSoraya helped us with a great presentation of four or maybe five mattresses in our price range. We found our expected budget was a little less than what we wanted in a new mattress. When all was said and done, we bought the Beauty Rest Black, which is probably one of the better mattresses that is sold by Mattress Firm. Soraya was great during the presentation and during the business end with paperwork etc. We bought on Presidents’ Day so with some coupons we were able to get a better discount. The mattress was delivered two days later at our convenience.

She is very excited about her new bed and we were so happy with the experience we actually ended up buying us a new mattress too. When I was confused by the receipt he was happy to help us to understand it. Overall it was an extremely pleasant experience and I definitely recommend.
