Shawn was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Pointed where we wanted to shop and let us go to view and try out the recliners section. Gave us all the time we needed. No pressure. When I talked to Felix online he was also extremely helpful and set up the whole purchase online and all we had to do was come in and finalize the purchase with Shawn. Huge store. They literally have so many things in here. You can try everything. Floor samples are very discounted. A lot of variety here. Weirdly a ton of handicapped parking outside like the first 24 car spots are all handicapped lol but it’s a great place to go to look at a ton of options

Shawn Cundy was a pleasure to work with. He is professional and was able to answer all our questions. We bought a sofa, 4 bar stools, recliner , queen bed and platform for bed. Shawn knew exactly what mattress we would pick just by watching our body mechanics laying on the different mattresses. He is extremely knowledgeable about any piece of furniture.

We were greeted at the door and helped right away. Shawn our salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us select the best mattress for our sleep positions. He took his time showing us many different options and gave us a lot of time to test mattresses and make our decision. It was our first time in Raymour & Flanigan it was a great experience from the beginning being greeted at the door and helped by Shawn to being walked out by Shawn our salesman. Shawn even called us to make sure the delivery went smoothly.
