Ashley Store

Everyone was so helpful at the store. We are decorating a new house and Miss Gracie with Mr Jackson helped us so much! We feel so comfortable with this store! Any more furniture we need, we will definitely come back to our Hattiesburg friends and store.

My experience at this particular, Ashley furniture was not good. First I started by asking about sectional couches and when I was showed the first one, I stated I liked it, but I was looking for something a little softer. I was told no this is what I want because I have kids. I was TOLD I definitely don’t want any other fabric because this is the most washable and I have kids. Then I was told I could get an estimate of how much credit spending I could get by putting in my information. I specifically asked multiple times. Was this going to run my credit? I would rather not do it if it was going to pull my credit because I didn’t plan on buying anything that day. I was reassured by multiple people as long as I didn’t press continue it would not run my credit. I did not press continue. After I first put in my information it gave me an estimate and I backed out completely. Then a few days later I got a notification on my phone and a week or so later a letter in the mail stating my credit had been run. I’m very particular about couches and my credit and both things were disregarded. I honestly would name names if I remembered the name of the woman and the man that helped me that day. Very annoyed, would not go back, would not recommend and would honestly warn people against. This isn’t even including all the things that went wrong for my mother the same day who did buy something but everything has gone wrong with it!!

Best time ever buying furniture. My hubby is crazy picky about his recliner, and after more than 2 hours of him trying most every recliner they have, he finally settled on one. The staff was amazing in letting him take his time to choose. We will definitely be back for new bedroom furniture.

Gracie was the perfect salesperson for us...she was friendly, pleasant, informed and was watching for our questions but did not hover over us but gave us space to test things. When we finally decided on the piece we bought she did everything to help us get the best value for our money and our time. We will work with her in the future. Great job Gracie!!

Had a very good experience with Ashley Hattiesburg. Very friendly and helpful group of employees. Erin was my salesperson and she was great. I still haven’t received my furniture due to delivery scheduled for the 25th.
