Mattress Direct

The wife and I had a great experience shopping for our new mattress. The technology they used and the amazing associate made it easy on finding the most comfortable mattress at the right price. Highly recommend going here when you’re searching for a mattress.

My wife and I enjoyed the shopping experience. Mike was very patient, and answered all of our questions with knowledge. He never pressured us into a sale, but identified what we needed in a mattress and made suggestions. He is an asset to Mattress Direct.

This location just blows my mind. Mike helped my husband and I pick out a mattress back in July this year. That was great shopping experience! Unfortunately, my husband ended up having emergency surgery a week later and the mattress that was comfortable to him then has not been comfortable since the surgery. We even gave it ample time to break in but it just wasn’t working out. Good quality, just not the right firmness. Thankfully, their 1 year return policy is about 9 months longer than most other stores in Hattiesburg so we were able to go back in and tell them what was happening. Mike was super nice about the whole situation and helped us find a new mattress. So nearly five months later, we ended up exchanging that first mattress for another one and couldn’t be happier. Mike is an asset to this company. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful when it came to all the questions we had. He made the process painless, and even made us laugh. Best big ticket shopping experience I ever had. I’m so glad my niece recommended them to us, and I’ll be sending anyone who asks about a mattress to talk to Mike.

Debbie and Mike were very professional and Debbie was able to answer all my questions. I would recommend Mattress Direct in Hattiesburg Mississippi to all my friends and family.

Success story from 4 years ago. Needed a new pillow so went to Mattress Direct and I never thought I would spend a little more for a pillow but this pillow is amazing. Four years later I am in need of a new pillow and the only place I wanted a pillow from was Mattress Direct. The staff are always friendly and willing to help in any way they can. So glad you had the same pillow from 4 years ago. You have a lifetime customer!!! This place is amazing give them a try for any bedding needs you have.
