Came here because close to house. Sales people are miss leading. Told them how urgent couches were for us since we got rid of ours. They Told me that if I don’t do delivery and pick up it’ll be faster so opted out on delivery. Was told if I don’t pay full amount will push date, so I payed all in cash. Wasn’t cheap. I went with “nicer”. It’s been 2 months no couches. 2 months later, I called and was told by manager that she has more important stuff to do then to check on my couches. I went in and was told same thing and that they would Call me back. Would not recommend. Save you the headache. I should’ve gone by the airport area or furniture city in Gresham. I’ve had better experiences there.

Best Prices in town! Thank you to Portland Furniture&Mattress and the wonderful amazing ladies they were so knowledgeable and helpful. I live in a small studio in DT Portland not much space I found them through Facebook market place and chatted with Jackie she was so helpful on finding me the ideal sectional. What I love about this piece is I can make it bigger as my home grows im planning on moving into a new place by July I will definitely be back to add to my sectional and upgrade my bedroom. They have the best deals in town the ladies there make you feel welcomed at home and really take their time to explaining the product.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!! If I could put a negative review I would! I found them on Facebook marketplace, my husband and I visited the store and it was a very pleasant visit. We ended up ordering a sectional in November 2025. We patiently waited the 1 month delivery time for it to arrive from overseas. This is when the customer service and lack of communication come in. I called to check on the status and they would never pick up. Eventually they blocked my number. So my husband would call, they would never answer the phone. So we then resulted in emailing. They never got back to us. Not only was the delivery date wrong and the couch was delayed by two months but when we finally got our sectional they gave us a broken corner piece that was saturated in water with rust on the fabric and mold growing!!! We called the store immediately upon unboxing the couch, they finally answered the phone and the lady working their, (Angel) was shocked and promised she would personally handle the situation and take care of us immediately! Not only did this NEVER happen but it is now January 30,2026 and we have gotten ZERO communication from them!!! We have sent 4 emails with pictures of the couch the day we picked it up and opened it. My husband has respectfully been patient handling the emails since this is such an unacceptable customer service experience! I moldy broken couch!!! I cannot believe the lack of care and communication in this matter. Please, save yourselves the horrible headache and anger and DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Jackie helped me purchase a beautiful sectional and mattress and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She was very patient, helpful, and answered all my questions.
