I went to Mattress World on 122nd this morning. Not sure what to expect but,I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Teresa the manager. She was very nice and knowledgeable and within minutes she knew what I was looking for. There was no sales pressure at all.I would recommend that if your looking for new mattresses and more stop in and talk to Teresa.

We were in the market for a new mattress and attended Mattress World Northwest NE Portland location for their grand opening. We are so happy we checked it out because we went home with a new mattress for only $5 as part of their grand opening giveaway!! We have been sleeping on our new mattress a couple weeks and are loving all the amazing sleep we're getting. Zak F. and Ryan were so helpful with any questions we had and made the process so simple. The warehouse team has been great as well. Our new adjustable base wasn't working quite right when delivered and Skyler made a house call that same evening to diagnose and fix a simple wiring issue. The staff at Mattress World NW, NE Portland are exceptional. We bought our set a few years ago, and that was the easiest mattress purchase we have ever made. We also bought and adjustable bed frame at the time, and it worked perfectly until a few days ago. I called the service center for the bed frame, who were unable to help me diagnose the problem. And as it was no longer under warranty, I was directed to a repair technician. I also called the team at Mattress World. They have been amazing. They answered the phone right away, and after talking with them for just a few minutes, they diagnosed the issue, and with a few steps, I was able to reset the bedframe that now works perfectly again. This saved me time, hassle and money for a technician to come out to my home. I would recommend Mattress World and the team at NE Portland to anyone looking for quality products and amazing service.
