Vincent was wonderful to work with and helped us find two perfect beds for our new home! He made sure we understood the credit terms and juggled other shoppers tactfully while finalizing our transaction. Altogether a pleasant experience with an efficient and charming professional.
View on GoogleVincent was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Sufficient selection with all price points available. I was getting a mattress for my younger kid who didn't need a really expensive one. Other places have given us poor customer service as soon as they find out we're not buying an expensive mattress. Vincent treated us well. We got what we needed at a good price. I would buy from here again when we upgrade.
View on GoogleBoy was I blessed from the Lord God Almighty. I had no idea that there was a 72-hour sale going on with mattresses. The gentleman who helped me out, his name is , Barry. What a pleasure of a gentleman he was to work with. Thank you Barry. The store is very organized and very clean. I bought one, double standard size mattress. I also added photos. Now, the mattress I bought for myself is a king size foam mattress at the price of $367.00, Normally $1,300.00. also, the company,Mattress Firm ,used to have my mattresses delivered to my home, both the gentlemen we're super nice and friendly and they made sure to take good care of my home while bringing in the mattresses and not destroying the walls 😁. This isn't the first time that I've used mattress firm to buy my mattresses from. I would highly suggest shopping from mattress firm companies.
View on GoogleLinh was very friendly and helpful in helping me find the perfect mattress. There was a large selection to choose from, with different styles and firmness. Linh helped me try different options until we found the right one. Will definitely come back in the future when we need! Thanks Linh!
View on GoogleLooking for a mattress for our spare bedroom. They are having a great sale and Linh was very helpful in finding just what we wanted. This location has lots of styles and price ranges and is in a great location right off I205. Very happy with our purchase on Wednesday evening with delivery set for Friday morning.
