Furniture Factory Outlet

I visited this furniture store while looking for a new bed and wardrobe, and I’m really glad I did. The showroom is well organized and has many stylish options for every room. The staff were polite and took time to explain the materials and pricing. The quality of the furniture is impressive and the prices are reasonable. My order arrived on the promised date and everything was assembled perfectly. Overall, it was a smooth shopping experience and I would definitely shop here again.

Bought a reclining loveseat and sofa. Steve was excellent answering our questions. He took the time to find out what we were looking for. He found us furniture that looked beautiful and supported us. Delivery was awesome and professional. It was done at a convenient time and we had our furniture that weekend. We went back today and bought a table and chairs. Highly recommend!

I just moved to the Waterbury area from NY. My wife and I needed to furniture our new home. The quality of the furniture is excellent. Steve took care of me on the price. I really appreciated how the delivery took place right when Steve said it would. Driver was very professional.

This place is hands down the best ! I walked in, the sales man showed me many different bed sets which is why I went there in the first place and he didn’t pressure me to buy anything I didn’t want. Jose was great and so was Steve who threw in a free queen mattress protector for just purchasing my bed set. The quality of the product is really good. I got my delivery the next day with my preferred time since I work a lot. They even showed up early that’s how eager they were to get me my product. They delivered into the room of my choice and even set everything up for me. I would definitely come back to purchase more furniture when it’s time to upgrade my living room. Thank you guys for providing great service on time & very genuine !
