Excellent customer service. They delivered 2 mattresses to 2 different locations for me the same day as promised. They were very professional, respectful and accommodating. The prices were reasonable beat the competition. I bought the mattresses at 6pm and told them I needed one of them tonight and they delivered both!!!!!! Where are you going to find customer service like that? I would definitely do business with this store again!!!! Thank you Victor and Merikan!
View on GooglePoor customer service. Called just to see if I can pay off the mattress I had on layaway and the guy who answered the phone wouldn’t even let me speak keeps cutting me off. Then when I try to give him my full name again he cuts me off and thinks someone else’s order was mine. Then after a couple more try’s of trying to spell out my full name haven’t even said my last name yet cause again he keeps cutting me off. How is he even gonna know my order if he doesn’t even know who he is looking for to top it off I asked if someone else was there so I can speak to and the guy is actually yelling at this point telling me he is the owner. Go spend your well earned money somewhere else!!!! Do not come here they are a mess.
