I had previously wrote a review and then switch it to a more negative review. My mistake I should have waited til the full service had been fulfilled to leave a review . So I deleted my last review and this is how I feel about this store . Upon arriving at the store I looked around and the manager came up to me . We spoke I told him my wants and needs and he definitely answered all my questions . Once the sale clerk was done with the other customer the manager told him to finish helping me out . ( that’s where my issue originates from ) the sale clerk had told me that I would definitely receive my sofa on or before Valentine’s Day , so I went ahead and purchased it . Valentine’s Day was fast approaching and I had yet received a call for delivery . Upon calling the number they gave me I found out that receiving the couch on or before Valentine’s Day was not possible due to the fact that the coach wasn’t in the warehouse and they had to order it . I felt the guy lied to me just to make a purchase . I did call the store to speak to manage but they told me he wasn’t there and that they would have him call me the next business day BUT I heard NOTHING from them . Fast forward to today . My couch was delivered at an appropriate time and the guys who delivered my sofa were very nice and went above and beyond to make sure they delivered my couch without so much of a scratch on it . My couch looks amazing I’m very grateful that the manager gave me a great price on the couch but I recommend that the sale clerk are more honest in regards to day of delivery .

Called in the morning to check on a sofa and loveseat and spoke with Janine who confirmed items were in stock. I advised that I would stop by to check the items that afternoon. Upon arrival she knew right away who I was and made the process super easy. I ended up purchasing the living room set and everything went super smooth. Definitely recommend the place and people working there.

Nelly went above and beyond and John is really a manager worth speaking with. Both took the time to walk us through the products we needed and ensured we had all our questions answered. It really was an easy and straight forward experience that gave us piece of mind as we move into our new home. It was great! I would recommend this store both the staff and the quality of product.

The store manager was also very kind and helpful as well. They were all prompt and made great suggestions to meet our family needs. We will be returning in the near future!

Came here to just look around and compare items I saw online and ended up purchasing my living room set and a chest of drawers to complete a set I had purchased previously. My agent Ramonita was beyond amazing. She greeted me at the door and knew exactly what to do to accommodate my needs. She was friendly, patient, super savvy and accommodated my concerns and wishes for my purchase. Shout out also to John the manager who was a huge part of my purchase decision. He was able to mobilize a few adjustments and made my shopping experience so enjoyable. My living room set will be delivered next day for a discounted rate. 10 out of 10 recommend checking here first. Great team and wide range of selections. No regrets at all.
