The service at that showroom was great. Price was very competitive. Our issue was with the delivery. The delivery truck wouldn't start so our mattress was delivered using a small pickup truck. Bringing up to the bedroom, they knocked down metal artwork from our foyer wall. Finally, they insisted helping to put mattress protector on the mattress. They ripped the cover and did NOT offer to replace it. The delivery is part of the purchase which is why we probably will not shop here again. The mattress is great but not offering to make us whole after your mistake is not a good look. $50 to replace the mattress protector for and $1100 sale would have earned a 5 star rating. However, we can only give a 3 star rating. After reading your response, I do not appreciate your lies. I didn't have back problems. You didn't ask for items to be removed from the wall. To lie just to make yourself look good, is not good at all. This kind of action deserves that we recommend to other competitors. Your unprofessional response solidified that we will not be repeat customers.
