Furniture Fair

First time going into this store and had a great experience. The staff doesn't follow you around like other furniture stores and they have a wide variety to choose from. Great quality and great prices. Would highly recommend this being your first stop if you're looking for new furniture!

We had the absolutely best salesman, Jason Bradd's. He was Great, very informative. He explained everything about all the different pieces. We have spent 3 weekends , and many stores looking for furniture. And we was determined to find something and Jason helped us to do just that. Thank you Jason

We bought new furniture and was given a $50 gift card. I went yo buy a new dryer and was told I couldn't use the gift card on appliances. So today, i went to buy a recliner, and as they were trying to swipe the gift card, I was told it was a $0 balance due the discount we got on the original furniture. If that was the case, why did they give me an empty gift card. Anyone considering Big Sandy's, I recommend they run as fast as possible in the opposite direction.

Needed a new bed and chest of drawers. I knew exactly what I wanted after looking online. Our salesman, Joe Preston, took us to the display and we ordered right there on the spot. He also helped us with selecting a new mattress and looking for a future couch. Joe is very knowledgeable and doesn’t try to push you to buy something you’re not interested in. Delivery and install was quick. 10/10 would purchase furniture from this location again.

Alex was very helpful. He was not pushy. It was a pleasant experience. They had a large selection of what I wanted. Looking forward to using my new Lift Chair.
