We had an excellent experience with Bob at Sleep Outfitters in Beavercreek. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. Bob carefully explained the differences between the mattress options and helped us find the perfect fit for our needs. Thanks to his expertise, we chose the Tempur-Pedic LuxeAdapt mattress, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Bob made the entire process easy and enjoyable from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right mattress, we highly recommend asking for Bob Marrow at Sleep Outfitters in Beavercreek! Thank you, Bob, for your outstanding customer service!
View on GoogleHad a great experience working with Bob Marrow here. With the bed match system we went with a Stearns and Foster and an Ergo Base.
View on GoogleWe had Bob this time around and we loved his personality! He was incredibly boisterous about mattresses and helpfully knowledgeable on styles of bases! We also really liked that he wasn't adverse to us going to another store, which was such a breath of fresh air.
View on GoogleWe came in bed shopping. Gavin greeted us and asked how he could help. We tried the bed match which was very informative. He proceeded to take us to the top beds we were matched with. We loved that he didn’t hover and was great with all our questions. We felt no pressure to buy but landed on a Sealy Posturpedic with an adjustable base. We walked away happy not only with our purchase, but happy with our service. If you’re looking for a bed, we highly recommend working with Gavin at Sleep outfitters and Beavercreek.
View on GoogleSo excited for my new Sealy Mattress! I’ve been shopping around for a week and my experience here has been the best! Bob greeted us with such joy and kindness, gave us good information, and gave us space to shop and checked in as needed. He really made the experience!
