Furniture Fair

If you are looking to shop at furniture fair make sure you go see Derrick. Very friendly and helpful. He helped my family and I for HOURS looking for a bedroom set, couch , autumn etc. Can not recommend Derrick enough. Bought the furniture and the first part of the order was delivered ahead of schedule and assembled without a single scratch or issue of any kind. 10/10 for Derrick and 10/10 for the delivery guys. Thank you.

Dave in the mattress dept did an excellent job of answering all my questions, worked with me on my shopping budget, and came in on his day off to get my shopping experience taken care of on my schedule. Definitely will keep Furniture Fair in mind for my next furniture shopping experience.

I have to say that when I walked into Furniture Fair, I wanted to wonder and look on my own. But, within a few minutes, Dodi said "hello" and asked what I was looking for. I told her and she didn't just tell me, but took me to the chair room. She explained how I could purchase the chair, but pick a different cover for no extra charge. We had a casual conversation while I looked around. When I became interested in a fabric, she made sure I new all colors available. Any questions I had, she was able to answer. She was not pushy! When I found what I wanted, and we sat down to fill out paperwork. Some ladies came into the area, so she took me to a more private area to ask questions. I appreciated the sensitivity. She gave me her card, so I could keep in touch. Pic of the swivel chair and the cover are attached. It will be here in 5 weeks! Thank you Dodi....
