Best sleep I've had in years! The sales staff are informative and non-aggressive. OMF is not cheap, but neither are their products: a range of quality mattresses, box springs, and bed frames that have earned their reputation for value at any price. Wish I had bought mine years ago.
View on GoogleI was helped by a man named Jeff and he was very thorough in explaining how the mattresses are made. He made it very easy to select a correct mattress for my comfort. He set up a delivery date that worked with my schedule. I will purchase from them again the next time I need a mattress.
View on GoogleVisited 4 different stores in the area all carrying mattresses and this showroom was very underwhelming. I actually thought I walked into the wrong place. Gave it the second start only because I had a decent interaction with the sales people. Will be looking elsewhere too buy a mattress.
View on GoogleDo not buy from this store, or you will regret it. None of their items work—they are absolute trash. They supposedly offer warranties, but then they refuse to take responsibility for the damaged goods they sell.
View on GoogleI've had 3 or 4 OMF mattresses previously and was quite satisfied with them so we went there to purchase our most recent mattress expecting a similar experience. Big mistake. Not only have we been extremely dissatisfied with our bed, but this was ultimately one of the worst retail experiences I've ever had. They respond to everyone about how they stand behind their product and believe in "doing things the right way." I didn't see any of that. Our first bed was a pillow top from their orthopedic line. The salesperson assured us that all of the mattresses in that line are highly supportive and instructed us to choose between them based only on preference for feel. My gf and I both have chronic pain issues so a supportive mattress is essential. At first the mattress felt nice, but fairly quickly began to sag. Over a period of 8 months it only got worse, to the point where it felt like sleeping in a hammock. I've included a picture that shows how significant the sag was. When talking with the store their response was to deny any problem with the bed and blame us for "picking the wrong one." They repeatedly tried to gaslight us with some pretty odd explanations. One of the owners told me at one point that a mattress that sags like a hammock is, in fact, highly supportive, but that it's "a different type of support." They ultimately refused to do anything other than allow us an 'exchange' (for 25% the cost of the new one, plus the difference if it's more expensive). That's fine if we simply changed our minds, but if the quality of the product was bad and it didn't perform as advertised they should have done more. I don't know of any other retail store that thinks blaming customers for their low quality product and offering an exchange for a substantial fee as the only recourse is "the right way" to do things. Nonetheless, we're on a fixed income, couldn't continue to sleep on the mattress that was causing us pain, and couldn't afford to get an entirely new mattress from another store, so we exchanged for their firmest mattress, hoping that it would hold it's shape better and figuring we could get a mattress topper if needed. It was hard at first and not what I'd describe as comfortable, but it was supportive and didn't hammock. Overall we were satisfied, if not happy. Well, now, just 2 months later this one feels harder and sags less than the original one, but has definitely developed some sag when we lay on it which appears to be increasing over time, which doesn't seem to bode well for it's lifespan. As rude and condescending as they were when we discussed the issues with the original one it's not even worth dealing with them again. We'll just save up and buy a better mattress from another store. To anyone that sees this be very cautious. Demoing a bed in a showroom has limited value when the bed you get feels nothing like what you demo'd within months of owning it. This is not a company that has any interest in resolving your dissatisfaction in any meaningful way. Truly wish we had gone with a company that actually stands behind their product by offering a satisfaction guarantee because in the end we legitimately feel scammed by OMF.
